Vending Application Submissions Reminder!
One week left for best chance for indoor vending!

It is strongly encouraged that anyone who is interested in a first choice of indoor vending to apply and have your submission entered by 11:59PM January 31st.

Over the first week of Feb we will be processing the first round of vendor applications and we highly anticipate that indoor vending will be assigned after this round acceptances.After January 31st vending applications will remain open for outdoor craft vending/food vendors and will remain open until early April.

Anyone who we cannot offer their first choice of space, we will e-mail with what your alternative space options are.

2020 Vending and Entertainment Applications!


The first draft of vendor acceptances will be going out between Feb 1 and Feb 14th. For your best chances at being considered for INDOOR vending please  submit an application by January 31st!

We are gearing up for a fantastic 2020 show! We are trying new things, adjusting based on lessons we learned last year, and working hard to bring a fun day of magic to everyone. This magic starts with our vendors! We are seeking all types of creative and crafty individuals!

Entertainers will be booked as funding comes in.

A note to MUSICAL entertainers: We are are currently only booking groups that are capable of playing entirely original/copy righted to them/public domain music. We do not currently carry licences with groups such as ASCAP and BMI to cover the use of copyright material.

Vending Spots Types for 2020 are :

Outdoor Vending: $20  Gnome Garden  age 15 and younger
                              $25  Troll Market age 16 and older.
                              All outdoor vending is space-flexible. See the application for more details.

Indoor Vending:    $60 per 10x10 for your first space
                              $50 per additional 10x10 space
                              $35 for a single 8x3 + chair space Aisle Table. See application for more info.

Parking and Drections

EVENT PARKING

There are three main areas of parking.

The Main Lots - The paved lot between the Rose Fire Hall and the Community Center and the gravel lot along the side of the park.

The Vendor/Overflow Parking Lot (patrons can park there to). The map makes it look like a huge distance but the walk from that lot isn't much different than the walk from the far corners of the Spoutwood field parking.

The Church Lot - Closer than the overflow lot but not available to us until 12:30 PM. The church is having a luncheon and needs their lot for their own patrons from 11 to 12:30.

Otherwise, there is street parking around the event.

Directions to the Venue from I-83

If you are coming from the direction of York PA you will want the Freeland/Maryland Line exit, Exit 37. There is NO exit on the northbound side at exit 37 if you are coming from the South.

If you are coming from the direction of Baltimore, you will want Exit 36 for 439 toward Maryland Line/Bel Air

Venue Address for GPS is 150 E. Man Street, New Freedom PA 17349. We are at the New Freedom Community Center

The venue shares a parking lot with the Rose Fire Company.
