2020 Vending and Entertainment Applications!
The first draft of vendor acceptances will be going out between Feb 1 and Feb 14th. For your best chances at being considered for INDOOR vending please submit an application by January 31st!
We are gearing up for a fantastic 2020 show! We are trying new things, adjusting based on lessons we learned last year, and working hard to bring a fun day of magic to everyone. This magic starts with our vendors! We are seeking all types of creative and crafty individuals!
Entertainers will be booked as funding comes in.
A note to MUSICAL entertainers: We are are currently only booking groups that are capable of playing entirely original/copy righted to them/public domain music. We do not currently carry licences with groups such as ASCAP and BMI to cover the use of copyright material.

Vending Spots Types for 2020 are :
Outdoor Vending: $20 Gnome Garden age 15 and younger
$25 Troll Market age 16 and older.
All outdoor vending is space-flexible. See the application for more details.
Indoor Vending: $60 per 10x10 for your first space
$50 per additional 10x10 space
$35 for a single 8x3 + chair space Aisle Table. See application for more info.
